相続隠れた主人公　起業家立ち上がれ

　103万の問題が騒がしくなり、学生や主婦の在り方から　ようやく、所得税、地方税、社会保険料、年金の在り方について話が広がる。
エネルギーガソリンに地手の話、そして国債発行に落ち着く。消費税や法人税には話がまだ広がらない。

　静かに、相続税の増税が続く。子供が減り、その分基礎控除が減り、死亡前3年のみ贈与を相続財産に加える制限がなくなり、小規模宅地等の特例が減ってきた。一方で子供や孫への贈与の控除は拡大している。また様々な事業承継の優遇措置も取られつつ、増収が果たされている。
　
　隠れた主人公なのだ。しかし、我々はいつまで国債を主人公にするつもりなんだろう。

は減る試しがない。その中で、正面から、3党合意を始め、消費税に取り組んだ野田さんが選挙に敗れたのは残念でならない。

　ここに、若い起業家が活躍してほしい。国債を主人公にせず、地方と医療、介護を支える事業を作り出して欲しい。そのための、グローバル人材、AI人材、コンサルタントになってほしい。
