ワ－クショップの形　1　卵に戻る　プラネタリウムのワークショップ

　自分で初めてワ－クショップを始めたのが8年前、偶然プラネタリウムを購入したのがきっかけで、場所の選び方、時間、会場代

チラシの作り方、告知の仕方。手探りだった。Facebookのイベントページを作ることで基礎が出来た。Facebookには感謝している。

　自分の心の卵を育てる。子供やお母さんにプラネタリウムを見せたい。そう思い始めたが。（始めは大人だらけだったが後で子ども食堂プラネタリウムのワークショップに数年後つながる）

　春夏秋冬の星空と宇宙の仕組み、東西の神話、近所プラネタリウムや書籍、番組の紹介のプラネタリウムのワークショップレジュメの項目、内容を、回数を重ね改良していった。レジュメが充実し参加者との対話の中で。次の発想が思い浮かぶのが楽しかった。心と体の言葉が孵化するのが楽しかった。その流れでアロマテラピー、朗読、演劇、歌、紙芝居、本販売、映像とのコラボレーションも始めた。

　ふと、寝っ転がってプラネタリウムのワークショップをやったのは、大人との会話の中での出来事だった。後日、子ども食堂プラネタリウムのワークショップに数年後つながる）



　告知のタイミング、シンプルなコンセプトとチラシ、マ－ケッチングは今でも苦手だが、アドバイスはそれとなくくれる友はいる。

　そして、今、また大人相手ににプラネタリウムのワークショップをしたいと最近は思う。まず、自分の卵に戻る

Eight years ago, I began my very first workshop on my own—sparked by the chance purchase of a planetarium. I had to learn everything by trial and error: choosing the venue, setting the time, managing rental fees, designing flyers, and promoting the event. The foundation was laid when I created a Facebook event page, and I remain grateful to Facebook for that.

I set out to nurture the “egg” of my heart. I started to think that I wanted to share the planetarium experience with children and mothers. (Although in the beginning the participants were mostly adults, this eventually evolved—several years later—into the Children’s Cafeteria Planetarium Workshop.)

Over time, I refined the workshop agenda through repeated sessions. I incorporated topics such as the seasonal starry skies and the mechanics of the universe, Eastern and Western myths, and introductions to nearby planetariums, books, and TV programs. As the material grew richer through conversations with participants, it was a delight to see new ideas emerge—the words of both heart and body hatching. In that flow, I also began collaborations with aromatherapy, readings, theater, singing, picture-story shows, book sales, and video projects.

It so happened that one day, while lying on the ground, I held a planetarium workshop—a moment born out of a conversation with adults. Later, that experience eventually led, several years down the road, to the Children’s Cafeteria Planetarium Workshop.

Even now, I struggle with the timing of announcements, crafting a simple concept and flyer, and marketing—but I do have friends who subtly offer advice.

And now, I find myself wanting to once again conduct a planetarium workshop for adults. First, I must return to my own egg.
