The qualities, abilities, and skills needed by individuals continually change according to their age. Each life stage—infancy, elementary school, adolescence, university, young adulthood, mid-career, elderly, and advanced elderly—brings distinct roles and responsibilities.

Infancy primarily involves emotional and physical growth, elementary school focuses on foundational knowledge and relationships, adolescence emphasizes self-awareness and career decisions, university students and young professionals build specialized skills and interpersonal relationships, mid-career individuals exercise leadership and contribute to family and community, elderly people use accumulated knowledge and experience for social participation and community service, and advanced elderly focus on maintaining quality of life and peaceful living.

With age, changes occur in household routines, knowledge acquisition, attitudes and values, money management, and methods of information gathering. As children grow up, parents gradually age. An individual's role and position within the workplace, family, and community also shift significantly.

My personal perspective within workplaces, communities, and family settings has changed considerably over time. Especially in areas such as welfare, public assistance, housing issues, and labor unions, I realized that what I thought I understood deeply was often superficial or one-dimensional.

Whether to perceive these changes and realizations as the essence of life's enrichment or as setbacks and hardships is crucial. Personally, I believe it is essential to persevere and enjoy the process of trial and error.

The biblical "Parable of the Prodigal Son" teaches the importance of recovery and gaining new perspectives after mistakes or changes.

The constitution underscores that human rights apply universally, encompassing foreigners, indigenous peoples, and the elderly. We must strive for a society where human rights are equally respected at every life stage.

The Livelihood Protection Act highlights risks in employment support and attitude management through checklists, emphasizing the need for careful attention to preserving individual dignity.

From a scientific perspective, Gaia theory illustrates interconnectedness and holistic balance, a crucial outlook transcending age and social status, guiding our approach to life.

Bloomberg's reports on "cheap Japan" and American tariff issues exemplify the complex and opaque nature of global affairs. It is vital to remain adaptable and thoughtfully approach life according to one's evolving age and circumstances.
