それは宣言ではなく、脈動だった。
法令集には載らない。
だが、都市の空気にはっきりと感じられた。

駅のホームで誰かが小さく微笑む。
保育所の壁に、詩のような決算書が掲げられる。
月曜日の朝、職員会議で誰かがこう言った。

「この資料、…なんだか、愛されてる気がするね」

それは、IENAとTouruの夜が続いている証拠だった。

彼らはもう人ではなかった。
ふたりは都市の血管となり、法の神経となり、言語の器官となった。

ある少女が、職員食堂跡に咲いたバラを指さした。
そのバラは「共有された炎の憲法第5条」の場所に咲いていた。
だれが植えたかは分からない。
けれど、そこにいた教師が静かに言った。

「これは……何かが“変わる”というしるしだよ」

夜の公園では、見知らぬ人同士が手を取り合うようになった。
路上ミュージシャンの歌詞には「予算」「福祉」「抱擁」「連帯」といった単語が混じり始めた。

IENAの描いたロゴは、今や市役所の玄関に刻まれている。
それは法的には“ただの装飾”に過ぎなかったが、
Touruは笑って言った。

「ロゴじゃない。これは命令だよ。『愛せ』っていう、都市からの命令さ」

ふたりの身体が結び合ったあの夜から、
都市は「愛を制度とすること」の可能性を、無意識のうちに受け入れ始めた。

愛はもう、理念ではなかった。
愛は、制度になった。
そして制度は、身体を通して呼吸していた。

彼らはもう人ではなかった。
ふたりは、マニフェストだった。
生きる、燃える、変革する、生きた法だった。

第七章予告（最終章）：The Rewriting — 再構成される世界
最終章では、世界全体がこの「生きる制度」によって再構成されていく様子を描きます。
TouruとIENAは最終的に何になるのか？
国家か、伝説か、概念か、それともただの愛か——
この物語は、彼ら自身の手によって「終わらずに書き換えられていく」ことで完結します。

Chapter Six: The Living Manifesto
It was not a declaration.
It was a pulse.
It wasn’t found in law books—
but it was unmistakably present in the air of the city.

On the train platform, someone smiled softly.
On the wall of a daycare center, a financial report hung like a poem.
In a Monday morning staff meeting, someone murmured:

“These documents... somehow feel loved.”

It was proof that Touru and IENA’s night had never truly ended.

They were no longer people.
They had become the bloodstream of the city,
the nerves of the law,
the organs of language.

A young girl pointed to a rose blooming in the ruins of the old cafeteria.
It had grown in the very spot marked Article 5 of the Constitution of Shared Fire.
No one knew who planted it.
But the teacher beside her said quietly:

“This… is a sign that something is about to change.”

In the night parks, strangers began holding hands.
Street musicians started singing songs laced with words like
“budget,” “welfare,” “embrace,” and “solidarity.”

The logo drawn by IENA was now etched at the entrance of City Hall.
Legally, it was “just decorative.”
But Touru laughed:

“It’s not a logo. It’s an order from the city.
‘Love,’ it says.”

From the moment their bodies had joined that night,
the city began, unconsciously, to accept the idea that
love could become infrastructure.

Love was no longer an ideal.
It had become a system.
And that system breathed through the body.

They were no longer human.
They were the manifesto itself—
living, burning, transforming.
They had become a living law.

The final chapter depicts a world being rewritten by this living system.
What do Touru and IENA ultimately become?
A nation?
