　横から点に

　大企業に対抗して異業種の中小企業が横で手を結ぶ。労働組合が業種を超えて手を結ぶ。市民と手を結ぶ。その流れが、薄まる。その中で
　個性がなくなる？引き継がれなくなるものが何かある。

　だから、横から点に戻る。

　　地区ごとの鎌倉のカレンダー、地区を作成し、統合カレンダーを繋げることを考える

かつて私たちは「横の連帯」に希望を託していた。
異業種の中小企業が手を結び、労働組合が業種を超えて連携し、市民とつながることで、大きなものに立ち向かおうとした。

しかし、その「横のつながり」が形式化していくにつれ、個々の声や風景が埋もれていく瞬間に、私は立ち会ってきた。
点が消え、面だけが残る。
それは、連帯の成功でもあるが、同時に「記憶されない何か」を失うことでもある。

だから私は、もう一度「点」に戻りたい。
一人ひとりの営み、一つひとつの場所に宿る物語を拾い上げることから始めたい。

その実践として、今、「鎌倉の地区ごとのカレンダープロジェクト」を構想している。
これは、横につなげる前に、まず点を立て直す試みである。

七里ヶ浜の海と若者たち

それぞれが、独自のリズムと時間、営みを持っている。
私は、それらを**「点の物語」として記録するカレンダー**を作ろうとしている。

【統合カレンダーへ──点から再び線へ】
この「点のカレンダー」は、やがて統合カレンダーとして再構成される。
横につながるのは、点が鮮やかに立ち上がったあとのことだ。

小町の1月：鶴岡八幡宮の初詣と税申告の準備

長谷の3月：観梅と地域清掃と春彼岸

腰越の7月：漁業祭と若者支援の市民活動

大船の11月：交通と統計データの交差点

カレンダーは**「時間 × 空間 × 物語」**のレイヤーを重ねることができる。

これはただのスケジュール表ではない。
点の祈りと、線の記録。都市の記憶と、制度の声。
そのすべてがカレンダーの中で出会い直す。

「横から点に戻る」という思想は、孤立ではない。
それは「聞かれなかった声」に再び光をあて、時間の中に再配置する行為である。

このカレンダーを通して、私は信じている。
点はやがて、またつながる。
でも、その前に、点を見つめ、慈しみ、立ち上げよう。

From Horizontal to Point
In the past, in order to stand up to large corporations, small and medium-sized enterprises from different industries joined hands horizontally.
Labor unions crossed industry lines to unite. Citizens formed alliances.
That movement once held hope.

But over time, that "horizontal flow" thinned out.
In the process, individuality began to fade.
Something essential—something meant to be passed down—was being lost.

That’s why I return from the horizontal to the point.

The Kamakura District Calendar: Collecting Local Voices
We once placed our hopes in horizontal solidarity.
Small businesses joined forces across sectors.
Labor unions connected beyond boundaries. Citizens found strength in community ties.

But as those connections became formalized and systematized,
I witnessed a moment when individual voices and landscapes were buried.
Points disappeared; only the surface remained.
That is both the success of solidarity—and the loss of something unforgettable.

That is why I want to return to the "point."
To begin again from the small stories and lives embedded in each place.

This is the motivation behind my new project:
The Kamakura District Calendar—a project to rediscover and document "point stories" before they are connected into a whole.

[Excavating the Points of Each District]
Kamakura is made up of diverse neighborhoods:

Komachi: tourism and trade

Hase: temples and seasonal flowers

Kita-Kamakura: silence and philosophy

Ōfuna: everyday life and transportation

Koshigoe: fishing and local faith

Shichirigahama: the ocean and youth

Each holds its own rhythms and timelines.
I aim to create a calendar that records these unique stories as points.

From Points Back to Lines – The Integrated Calendar
This “calendar of points” will eventually be restructured as an integrated calendar.
Horizontal connections should come after each point has risen vividly into view.

January in Komachi: New Year’s visits to Tsurugaoka Hachimangū, tax filing season

March in Hase: Plum blossoms, local cleanups, and the spring equinox

July in Koshigoe: Fishing festivals and youth support initiatives

November in Ōfuna: A junction of transport systems and statistical data

The calendar allows us to layer time × space × narrative.

This is no ordinary schedule.
It is a medium where prayers of points and records of lines, memories of cities, and the voices of systems come together again.

Returning to the Point Is Not Isolation
The philosophy of “returning from horizontal to point” is not about isolation.
It is the act of bringing light back to unheard voices and re-situating them in time.

Through this calendar, I truly believe:
Points will once again connect.
But before that, we must pause, observe, and cherish each one.
