日本に限らないが

　同じ日本語でも世代により地域により、言葉は違う。話し言葉、書き言葉、ネットでの言葉。それをつなげる
架け橋になりたい。

　ことばは星のようにちがっても、海のようにつながっている。
──世代・地域・ネットを超える、ことばの小さな架け橋へ


わたしたちが使っている日本語も、
よく見ると、小さな“惑星”みたいです。
年代でちがう、地域でちがう、スマホの中でもまたちがう。
それぞれが、遠く離れた言葉の星に住んでいるような感覚になります。


1｜ことばの「重力」がちがう
たとえば、おばあちゃんの話す昔の言葉には、
暮らしの知恵や風景がぎゅっと詰まっていて、まるで重力の強い星のようです。

一方、X（旧Twitter）やLINEで飛び交う言葉は、
速くて軽くて、彗星みたいに軌道が予測できない。

だけど、どの言葉も**「伝えたい」という重心**を持っています。

2｜話し言葉、書き言葉、ネットの言葉
どれも同じ「日本語」なのに、どうしてこんなにちがうんだろう？

それはまるで、異なる大気をもった惑星で音が変わるようなもの。
地球ではやさしい声も、火星なら風にかき消されてしまうかもしれません。

制度やお知らせの文書が冷たく感じるとしたら、
それは「ことばの重力」が、まだその人に合っていないだけかもしれません。

3｜地域と未来をつなぐ「小さな翻訳装置」になりたい
私はこの町で、言葉の“宇宙翻訳機”みたいなことをやりたいと思っています。

・行政の書き言葉を、日常のことばに。
・高齢の方の口語を、若者にも届く語感に。
・若者の短い投稿や感情を、制度に響く声に。

世代や分野を超えて、言葉をゆっくり渡す橋をかけること。
それが、私が目指す「ことばの架け橋」です。

A Bridge Between Words: Across Generations, Regions, and Networks
Even within Japan—
the same language, Japanese, sounds different depending on the generation, region, or medium:
spoken, written, or typed online.

I want to be a small bridge that gently connects them.

Words may be like distant stars, but they are linked like the ocean.

We often think we all speak the same “Japanese.”
But in truth, each variation feels like a tiny planet.

Different by age.
Different by region.
Even different inside our smartphones.

We seem to live on scattered linguistic stars.

1｜Different Gravity of Words
The words spoken by an elderly woman,
are filled with wisdom and landscapes—
like a planet with heavy gravity.

Meanwhile, words on X (formerly Twitter) or LINE—
are fast, light, and unpredictable like comets.

Yet every word carries a core of “I want to convey this.”

2｜Spoken, Written, Online
Why do they feel so different—despite being the same language?

It’s like how sounds change depending on the atmosphere of a planet.
A soft voice on Earth might be swallowed by the winds of Mars.

If official documents feel cold,
maybe it’s because their linguistic gravity hasn’t yet matched the receiver’s world.

3｜Becoming a “Small Translation Satellite”
I want to be a kind of universal translator in this town—
a quiet satellite passing meaning from world to world.

Translating administrative documents into everyday speech

Making elders’ words resonate with the younger generation

Turning young people’s brief posts and emotions into voices heard by the system

This is the bridge of language I aim to build.
Slow. Gentle. Human.
