誰が社会を作るのか

　会社人でなく社会人になりたい。

　管理職は、プレインングマネージャーをし、若いひとは転職か、静かな退職をし、中高年は再雇用で戸惑う。
非正規雇用者は減らない。保育園や老人ホームの職員も疲弊する。税と支出のバランスは崩れている。誰が社会を作るのか。

　どうやって社会を作るのか。何年考えても答えは出ないが考えたい。

Who Builds Society?

I don’t want to just be a corporate worker — I want to be a member of society.

Managers juggle hands-on roles, while younger workers quietly resign or shift jobs. Middle-aged employees feel lost in re-employment. Non-regular employment persists. Workers at nursery schools and nursing homes are exhausted. The balance between taxes and social spending is collapsing. So — who builds society?

How do we build society? Even after years of reflection, I don’t have the answer. But I still want to keep thinking about it.

I don’t want to just be a company person — I want to live as a person of society.

The Holy Spirit did not stay in Jerusalem — it reached the ends of the earth.

Constitution:
Sovereignty belongs to the people.

Public Assistance Act (Japan):
Livelihood support, funeral assistance, earned income deductions.

Natural Sciences:
