労働組合と仕事と家庭の両立

　私は、労働組合と仕事と家庭の要件が重なり、メンタルがやられた。何十年か前そんなことがあった。
久しぶりに今日、そんな感覚に襲われた。息が苦しくなり、物をなくし、動揺し、周りが見えなくなる。

私が、手を広げ、視界が広がるそう思った翌日に叩き落される。それか、理想と現実にひきさかれ、疲労困憊したあとに、労働組合と仕事と家庭の要件が重なり、メンタルがやられる。

　なら、私は、どうしたらいいのか。基本に帰る。この世は地獄だ。そこに戻る。

Balancing Labor Unions, Work, and Family

There was a time, decades ago, when the demands of the labor union, work, and family all collided—and my mental health collapsed.
Today, for the first time in a long while, I was hit by that same sensation. I felt suffocated, lost things, got flustered, and couldn't see what was around me.

Just when I thought I had spread my wings and could see further—bam, I was knocked down the very next day. Or, after being torn between ideals and reality, exhausted to the core, the pressures of the union, work, and home came crashing down again, and my mind buckled.

So, what should I do?

Go back to basics.
This world is hell.
I return there. That’s my baseline.
