工場で、助け合い、技量を磨き、物を作り、物を世界に出していく。その時代の前に仕事に技量を磨き合い、伝える職人組合ギルドがあった。労働組合はその遺伝子を忘れたのだろうか。人手不足を解消求める前に、いや求めるために、見落としたものはなんだろうか。

を見てみるのはどうだろう。
そこから、情報の共有され人と人の関係。専門職と事務職の関係対象者の状況、種類 関連制度、お金の課題が見えてくる。個人の課題
関係者との課題、協力できる点、そして本当の課題が見えてくるのではないか。

The challenges faced by individuals, stakeholders, potential areas for collaboration, and perhaps the true challenges would then come into view.
