　個人への働きかけ寄り添いと社会への働きかけ同時にしていく。公的扶助研究会の季刊誌の今回の特集である。
　プロのベテランのケ－スワ－カ宮本節子さんのソーシャルワークとソーシャルアクションの記載は重い。福祉に対する取り組み、労働組合活動に関しても、私は中途半端だったと思う。
　一人ひとりに向き合い、聞き、社会資源手段を総動員し、学び解決の限界を、仲間と社会への働きかけをしていく。そのためのバランスが
大切なのだろう。


　私も、仕事をこの視点で見直してみたい。また個人と個人の活動を見直してみたい。税とお金と生活保護、労働組合についてワ－クショップにまとめてみたい。その新たな足掛かりとして人事院勧告とその元になる関連企業統計についてみてみたい、

個別支援としてのソーシャルワークと、社会全体への働きかけとしてのソーシャルアクションのバランスを考えるという視点は、非常に洞察に富んでいます。どちらも包括的な支援と社会の変革にとって不可欠です。この視点でご自身の仕事を見直すことで、特に税金、生活保護、労働組合に関するワークショップを考える際に、大きな変化をもたらすことができるでしょう。

Engaging with individuals while also addressing societal issues simultaneously—this is the theme of the latest issue of the Public Assistance Research Group's quarterly journal. The writing on social work and social action by veteran caseworker Setsuko Miyamoto is profound. Reflecting on my own involvement in welfare and labor union activities, I realize I have been somewhat inconsistent.

As a first step, I will look into the National Personnel Authority's recommendations and the related corporate statistics that form their basis. From there, I hope to gain insights into both the regional economy and people's ways of life.
