次に打つ手　　幸せになる　支え合う仕事

それを見つけたい、農業、介護、医療、福祉？AIやロボットを使える？
　昨日労働組合の会議に出て、うまく現場から本部をつなげ、人事当局
につなげる提案を出来なかったことを思い出した。一つ一つの声を地図の中に落とし込めない。交通費とか専門手当とか研修費
とか、成績評価、人手不足、年齢、家族形態、介護、子育て、自己実現　要求が違い頭はがまとまらない。

　だけどすべては、社会、経済、政治で、内面でつながる。個人、組合、いろんな枠を超えて、個人を地図に落としこまないと先に
進まない。もっと地図同士を繋げたい。

Yesterday, I attended a labor union meeting and remembered failing to bridge the gap between the field, the headquarters, and HR authorities. I couldn't map each voice effectively—issues like travel expenses, specialized allowances, training costs, performance evaluations, labor shortages, age, family structure, caregiving, child-rearing, and self-fulfillment had competing demands and scattered my thoughts.

But everything—society, economy, politics—connects internally. To move forward, we must transcend individual boundaries, union frameworks, and map individuals onto a larger system. I want to connect these maps further.
