労働組合の意思決定過程と会社の社員の意思決定

 各所属の社員の要望を各分会で集め、支部、本部に要求をあげ、取りまとめる。職場の仕事の内容、量。労働時間。それに対する対価
が基本となる。一人では対抗できないが団結することで、話し合うことができる。労働権である

 まず、その基本が忘れられている。

  働いた分は、特に残業代は払われるべきで、その前提が、何が仕事の対価なのか、稼いだのかの成績主義のすり替わる。仕事の内容を考えること、そこから労働者、社員、職人と経営者の垣根が崩れ、関われのある関連業界、行政、政治の関わりが出てくる・
  成績主義は、何が評価規準か、チ-ムの中ででどう動いたかチ-ム全体の仕事、構成員の生活と成長に貢献したかが問われる。

 時間外労働を減らして、自分の家庭の時間を健康を確保する。子供や配偶者。親との関係が出てくる 手当や休暇で職場の経営者で対応できる所とできないきとが出てくる。どうしても政治との関わりが出てくる。

様々な要素ををまとめていくと、主張、要求を考えて積み重ねていくと、要求を労働を超えて、協働と関係の組みなおし仕事も内容、経営の内容、政治社会の内容につながる。エンパワーメントというのはこういうことだと思う。

 労働組合の意思決定過程と会社の社員の主体性的経営意思決定は最後はかぶり合う。

Decision-Making Process of Labor Unions and Corporate Employees
Labor unions gather employee requests from each branch and escalate them to the regional and national headquarters for consolidation. Core concerns include workplace tasks, workload, working hours, and compensation. Individuals may lack leverage, but collective action allows meaningful dialogue. This is a fundamental labor right.

However, this basic principle is often overlooked.

Wages, particularly overtime pay, should be honored. There is a growing tendency to conflate performance-based evaluation with proper compensation. Understanding the essence of labor and its value is crucial. From there, the boundaries between workers, employees, artisans, and management begin to blur, inviting the involvement of related industries, government, and politics.

Performance-based evaluations raise questions about the criteria for assessment. Did the individual contribute effectively to the team? Did their efforts enhance the team’s work, the well-being of its members, and their overall growth?

Reducing overtime is essential to ensure personal health and family time. Relationships with children, spouses, and parents come into play. However, addressing these issues often requires political intervention as workplace managers may have limitations in providing allowances and leave.

When these various elements are synthesized into demands and built upon, they transcend labor issues and extend to reconfiguring collaboration and relationships. This involves reevaluating the nature of work, business operations, and sociopolitical structures. This, I believe, embodies the concept of empowerment.

Ultimately, the decision-making processes of labor unions and the independent decision-making of corporate employees in management tend to converge.
