　話し合いは難しい。そのルールが何かもわからなくなる。国会を見ても思う。職場でも家庭でも、地域でも。

　共感なのか、情報の共有なのか。話し合いのルールの確立なのか。自分の意志の確立なのか。体の声と思考のルールを思い
考えてみたい。自分の型を柔らかく作り上げて変えていきたい。

Discussion is challenging. Sometimes, I lose track of what the rules are. Whether in the Diet, the workplace, at home, or in the community, the same question arises.

Is it about empathy? Sharing information? Establishing rules for discussion? Or solidifying one's own will?
I want to reflect on the voice of my body and the rules of my thoughts.
I aim to build and transform my own style, keeping it flexible.
