新旧訳聖書を読むのワ－クショップ　4　心理　宗教　内と外

　宗教の中で救われ、外ではトラブルが続く人がいる。それは、宗教の問題ではなく、心理。医療の問題だと思うが、それはそれで、いいとは思う。だが中でも外でも落ち着くのがいいとは思う。宗教と人間の出会いは人により違う。心理と宗教の兼ね合い幸せの在り方も人により違う。

　絶望のどん底から回復する過程を共有するのがポイントだと思う。そこが分かれ目だと今でも思う。

　人はそのままでいいか、変わるかそれは、またぞれぞれ。病気も受け入れる、治るの意味が違う。聖書を読むとそこに戻る。
　


聖書

　イエス　病気の人を癒す。その意味は、物理的なこととは限らない。

憲法

　憲法裁判所の要件。事件が必要か。機関訴訟はあり得るか。立法権との関係。権利の種類による。

生活保護法

　生活保護裁判。行政の裁量権を認めず、統計の扱いが不合理で行政敗訴の例。

Some people experience salvation within their religion but continue to face troubles outside it. This may not necessarily be a religious problem; rather, it could be a psychological or medical issue. Still, ideally, one would find peace both inside and outside religion. Encounters between religion and individuals vary from person to person, and so do the ways in which psychology and religion intertwine to shape happiness.

Sharing the process of recovery from the depths of despair is, I believe, the key point. Even now, I think that is where a crucial turning point lies.

Whether people remain as they are or decide to change—that differs for each individual. The meanings of “accepting illness” and “healing” also differ. When we read the Bible, we return to these fundamental questions.

Bible
Jesus healed the sick. The meaning of this healing is not necessarily limited to physical matters.

Constitution
Requirements for the constitutional court: Does a case need to exist? Is an institutional lawsuit possible? What is the relationship to legislative power? It depends on the type of rights involved.

Public Assistance Act (Japan’s welfare law)
Regarding lawsuits on public assistance: there have been cases where the administration’s discretion was not acknowledged, and the handling of statistics was deemed unreasonable, resulting in administrative defeat.
