年齢相応の成熟　仕事　組合　　家庭　　地域　

　勤務成績が少し下がった。全体の役に立つように、仕事の進行管理する能力が足りない。ということらしい。自覚はあったけれど数字でしめされるとショックで落ち込んでいる。

　仕事にかけられる時間が少なくなり、進行管理の能力が露呈してしまう。本質的には、人間としての成熟度が露呈する。年齢相応の仕事が与えっられないのは、そこにあるのだろう。それ以前にそこにつながる仕事を見出し、配慮をし、自分から動く。そうゆう仕事のやり方をしなかった自分の未熟さなのだろう。

　労働組合の役員に対応する力量がないのもそこからくるのだろう。この人は未熟だと若い人も見透かしているのだろう。


　家族にも当てはまる、年齢を経るにつれ、必要なことは、変わってくる。そこから、地域の人間関係に思いをはせても当てはまる。

　　年齢相応の成熟は、若い人のクリエイターフリ－ランス起業者に邪魔だというより、未成熟な大人が邪魔なのだ。

My work evaluation dropped slightly.
They say I lack the ability to manage workflow and coordinate in a way that benefits the whole.
I was aware of that weakness, but seeing it in numbers still shocks me.
As my available work time decreases, my lack of management ability becomes more visible.
At its core, this exposes my human maturity.
Perhaps the reason I’m not entrusted with age-appropriate responsibilities lies there.
Before that, I should have found and initiated connecting tasks myself — that’s the immaturity I now see.
The same lack of maturity affects my interactions with labor union representatives.
Younger colleagues probably sense it too — this person is not yet mature.
The same applies at home. As we age, what’s needed changes.
The same principle extends to relationships in the community.
Maturity appropriate to one’s age isn’t something that hinders young creators or freelancers.
It’s the immature adults who stand in their way.
