　哲学者で山村に住む、内山節は、情報は3つに分かれる　知によるもの、身体によるもの、霊性によるものがあると。現代はこの3つのバランス
が崩れ、都会に情報があるとほ言えない。いう。なるほどと思う

　孤島で引き継がれる自給自足の生活の技、共同体、豊かさと、そして介護の厳しさを、知る。ただ、最後の介護の厳しさ。生きることが一番みにしみる。その他はいいなとも思うが、腑に落ちない。

　鎌倉の世界に目を移す、人の視線、くるしみ、引きこもり、競争、そこからの解放、繊細な色の世界。心地よさとデザイン。今を生きる優しい。豊かさ。そのほうが、みにしみる

　これは身体のよるものだろうか。

Three Types of Information: Knowledge, Body, and Spirituality

When everyday life and work get busy, I find myself watching videos of people living in rural areas I once had a connection to but could never fully explore, and reading essays about them. I also watch interview videos of people active in Kamakura that I hadn’t had the time to follow before.

The philosopher Tetsu Uchiyama, who lives in a mountain village, says that information can be divided into three kinds: that which comes through knowledge, that which comes through the body, and that which comes through spirituality. In modern times, the balance among these three has been disrupted, so we can no longer simply say that “information is concentrated in the cities.” That really resonated with me.

On an isolated island, I see skills of self-sufficient living being passed down, a sense of community, and a certain richness of life—alongside the harsh reality of caregiving. Above all, it’s that final, severe aspect of caregiving, of continuing to live, that hits me the hardest. The rest makes me think, “That’s nice,” but it doesn’t quite sink into my bones.

Then I turn my eyes back to Kamakura: people’s gazes, their suffering, withdrawal, competition, and the possibility of liberation from all that; the delicate world of colors; comfort and design; a gentle form of richness rooted in living in the present.
That world moves me much more deeply.

Maybe this is a kind of information that comes through the body.
