　数字の先に　自分で行う　まじめに、カジュアルに欲張りに行動する

　
　基本的な数字、人口統計、税統計　予算、福祉、医療統計を押さえることが、大事で、そこから始まることが大事で、若い人のためになる。

した謝罪からは始め、汚れ仕事、地味な仕事は引受けようと思った。

　その上で。若い人の仕事の企画書、事業計画の一行二行古くて新しいコンセプトが加わり、新しい持続的な1契約につながれば、いい。広告デザインにつながればいいそう思った。

　だけど重いのか、なかなかうまう行かない。スパンを広げて教養として話すか、知りたがる望む統計を出すことで行動を修正し始めた。答えを方向性を欲しがっても、考え方をと思ったが、その先に行こうと思う

　Beyond the Numbers, I Will Do It Myself — Seriously, Casually, and Ambitiously.

It matters to grasp the basic numbers—population statistics, tax statistics, budgets, welfare, and healthcare data. Starting from these fundamentals matters, and it can genuinely serve younger people.

I want to explain, with persistence, both the current systems and the history that led to them, because that knowledge should strengthen the next generation’s ability to develop their work. At the same time, I feel we must begin with an apology: my generation—our generation—failed in how society has been managed. That is why I decided to take on the dirty work and the unglamorous work as well.

And then, if just one or two lines—an old yet new concept—could be added to a young person’s proposal or business plan, and if that could lead to a sustainable “one contract,” that would be enough. I hoped it might connect to advertising and design, too.

But perhaps it is heavy, and things do not go smoothly. So I began to widen the time span: to speak as a form of general education, or to offer the statistics people genuinely want to know, and in doing so, to adjust my own actions. Even when people want quick answers or a clear direction, I thought I should offer a way of thinking—but I also want to go beyond that point.

It may sound ordinary, but in the end, it is probably this: hold onto the basics, hold onto the history, think, refine the design, and do it myself. Not “I will support the young,” and not “I will apologize to the young.” Rather, I will do it myself—and I will act seriously, casually, and ambitiously.

Concretely, I want to move forward from workshops on how municipal taxes work and the differences between city, prefecture, and national levels, to learning how to read the financial statements and securities reports of “kind” companies, and then to learning how to read the budgets and public communications of “people-friendly” local governments. From there, I want to reach the practical question: how to support and strengthen kind companies and people-friendly municipalities. The task, I believe, is to design the mechanisms that make this possible.

If I do that, I will inevitably return to the basics—local politics, labor unions, and welfare.

I find municipal work—city council members, mayors—more compelling for me than being an entrepreneur. And from there, perhaps another path is possible: serving as an IR (Investor Relations / accountability and communication) person bridging municipalities, companies, and medical and welfare facilities.
