大学の大講義室で　戦争の影と一人一人の暮らし


　私は大学時代、一番前に座りいつも講義を受けていた。民法の山本　進の講義を受けていて、民法と近代社会の話があまりにも面白くて、
何か今の話に関する本はありませんかと聞き、後日、山田盛太郎、平野義太郎の著作を紹介された。今日それを何故か思い出した。

　聖書、トマスアキナス、憲法を毎日追いかけ、今そこに戻ろうとしているさ中に。憲法は様々な社会システムの中にあり、生活保護法、その一つで、そこから税、予算に話が行く。私の人生はその道筋を辿る。地域で法人に関わる仕事を始めるなかで、何かがつながる。一人一人の契約意思、組織の形成と経営、地域の再構成。

　それは、父の人生、祖父の人生とつながる。父は堀江英一の元で、マルクス分析の上で近代市民社会の成立と企業グループの成立を学ぶ、銀行、証券で国際金融の発芽の仕事をする、父方祖父は英語でシエ－クスピアとトマス　ハーデイを追いかけ、母方の祖父は僧として中世からの寺社にかかわる。つながる歴史の流れの中に。

The Shadow of War and the Lives of Each Person

When I was a university student, I always sat in the very front row and listened to lectures.

I was taking a civil law lecture by Professor Susumu Yamamoto. His discussion of civil law and modern society was so fascinating that I asked him, “Are there any books related to what you just spoke about?”

Later, he introduced me to the works of Moritaro Yamada and Yoshitaro Hirano. For some reason, I remembered that today.

Now, while I am daily pursuing the Bible, Thomas Aquinas, and the Constitution, I feel that I am about to return to that point.

The Constitution exists within various social systems. The Public Assistance Act is one of them, and from there the discussion leads to taxation and budgets.

My life has followed that very path.

As I begin to work with corporations in the local community, something begins to connect: each person’s contractual will, the formation and management of organizations, and the reconstruction of the region.

This also connects with the lives of my father and my grandfathers.

My father studied the formation of modern civil society and corporate groups under Eiichi Horie, based on Marxist analysis. He then worked in banking and securities during the early emergence of international finance.

My paternal grandfather pursued Shakespeare and Thomas Hardy in English.

My maternal grandfather, as a Buddhist monk, was involved with temples and shrines that had continued since the medieval period.

All of these are connected within the flow of history.

战争的阴影与每一个人的生活

大学时代，我总是坐在最前排听课。

当时我听山本进老师的民法课。关于民法与近代社会的讲授实在太有趣了，于是我问老师：“有没有和刚才这些内容相关的书？”

后来，老师向我介绍了山田盛太郎和平野义太郎的著作。不知为什么，今天我忽然想起了这件事。

如今，我每天追寻《圣经》、托马斯·阿奎那以及宪法，而此刻，我似乎正在回到那个起点。

宪法并不是孤立存在的，它存在于各种社会系统之中。生活保护法就是其中之一，而从生活保护法出发，话题又会延伸到税收和预算。

我的人生，仿佛正是沿着这条道路走来的。

当我开始在地方社会中从事与法人相关的工作时，某些东西开始连接起来：每一个人的契约意思，组织的形成与经营，以及地域的重新构成。

这也与我父亲的人生、祖父们的人生相连接。

父亲曾在堀江英一门下，以马克思分析为基础，学习近代市民社会的成立以及企业集团的形成。后来，他在银行和证券领域工作，参与了国际金融萌芽时期的事业。

父方祖父用英语追寻莎士比亚和托马斯·哈代的文学世界。

母方祖父则作为僧人，参与了自中世纪以来延续至今的寺社世界。

这一切，都连接在历史的流动之中。
